I got a set of dice from Shapeways (I assume this is where these are being 'printed') and the white material they use is VERY fragile and light. I would have to compare it to almost a hardened sugar like substance.
They have metal materials available, but i don't think you can get them in colors like this, so it's either get a well colored but very delicate one, or get a metal type one and paint it yourself. If I were to get one of these, I would definitely apply some kind of protective enamel coating |
