Its not supporting the Mujahideen, this is anti-war.

Hindsight is 20/20. Bin Laden was a legitimate freedom-fighter during that war, but then look at what the fucker did.
People blame the CIA, but they simply couldn't have known that one of their supposed allies would wind up becoming the single most infamous human being since Adolf Hitler. Granted, no one's evil comes remotely close to Hitler's. And even then, in the guy's will? Bin Laden told all of his children to stay away from Al Qaeda, because he didn't want them to pursue a life of violence like he did. Your mileage may vary. It's no wonder some people still say he was a hero, especially considering my country's borderline-imperialistic foreign policy. |

I can't speak much for the Soviet invasion in Afghanistan, but my grandfather wasn't a fan of the war in general, he was just a man that loved his Motherland and followed every order. |
