Here's the fic in question: "Zestar Apple Flambe". The story is that Spike and Apple Bloom (both older here) gets stuck in a treehouse when the rain hits, which happens to be the day when Apple Bloom goes into heat. Stuff happens, and she subsequently gets pregnant with a dragon/pony hybrid.

This needs to be part of the sequel(s) to Beating the Heat where an older Spike having traveled with the Doctor for a few years gets in the middle of things with the elements acting up again in the future, only now it's messing with the CMC too since they'd be older. |
