If Doodle God combined those, you'd get the Monty Python bunny. |

I have to say opal, angel may be abit of a jerk (Especially around food.) but opal has shown to be the most abusive one. |
| Takino #1201027 3 months ago |
Angel. No question.
Opal is just a pissy cat. Angel is physically and emotionally abusive and demeaning to fluttershy. |
| d715 #1201028 3 months ago |
Opal seems to be more annoyed at Rarity than abusive
Angel is bipolar |
| Anonymous #1201031 3 months ago |
Opel takes all sorts of crap... |
| top-tom #1201036 3 months ago |
Angel is the real son of a bitch. |
| Anonymous #1201038 3 months ago |
Angel. I'd always say psychological abuse is worse than physical abuse, and that's already horrible. |
| Anonymous #1201044 3 months ago |
but... it's opal to get abused, so it/she has a negative score in being abusive |
| Anonymous #1201045 3 months ago |
Merriwether's Angel is non-canon. |
| Anonymous #1201049 3 months ago |
After the Fluttershy episode, Angel seems a lot nicer, like in Fluttershy Hurricane. |
| Takino #1201055 3 months ago |
@1045 right, because the episodes are 100% the work of just one writer. And things that are actually in the episodes themselves are never canon. |
| Anonymous #1201056 3 months ago |
Considering Angel's reputation last Saturday...
I'd say Opal is more abusive. |
| 441 #1201060 3 months ago |
Opal.
Angel is only a abusive jerk when bad writing is involved. |
| Shaky #1201061 3 months ago |
Angel can be a prick, but he genuinely does love (or like, I dunno) Fluttershy, be doing things such as reminding her of the time, fetching things for her and helping Flutters with trying to get the GGG tickets.
Opal is just a turd, yeah, she tries to reminds Rarity to make Twilight's dress, but she's more abusive than Angel. Angel may slap Fluttershy, but Opal sticks her claws into Rarity, fucks up anything that tries to get near her stuff and slices Sweetie's hair. |
| Roboshi #1201072 3 months ago |
The thing with Opal is, Rarity does seem to forget about her a lot and is even rather nasty towards her. such as dunking her in water to make her look sick or forcing her to hold her things while she works. |
| Anonymous #1201083 3 months ago |
Angel. Opal is that way because her owner is really bad at it. |
| ZeroJanitor #1201095 3 months ago |
They're both equally abusive, but I don't fault them for it. |
| peony #1201108 3 months ago |
Rarity is a bit of a bitch toward Opal at times, no reason to expect Opal to be all nice and happy all the time. Tit for tat in this case.
Whats Angels excuse? Fluttershy is the element of kindness. She can be nothing but a good owner toward him. To my eyes, it looks like a pretty typical relationship based around domestic abuse. |

No contest. Opal
Angel can be selfish and pushy at times, but Angel has always been a emotional pillar for Fluttershy, a grounding rock to balance her more unhealthy tendencies. Not only that, but Angel has been the sole support for Fluttershy for years, before she met the main 6. Angel more than anyone has been responsible for maintaining her sanity because fluttershy doesn't depend or trust anyone else to the degree she does with angel. Angel in return exhibits complete devotion, and cares for fluttershy when she is brought low. No one else does this. Opal is mean-spirited cat whose only characteristic is consuming rarity's food and attacking Sweetie Belle when the opportunity presents itself. Hardly a crime, but at the core Opal offers nothing to rarity of any real substance. Fluttershy can't even function without Angel. Opal eats Rarity's food and attacks her sister. you tell me? |
| Ferrotter #1201128 3 months ago |
Angel is worse. Opalescence doesn't really abuse Rarity, she abuses Rarity's friends. |
| Anonymous #1201130 3 months ago |
Opal's a cat, being a douchebag is in her nature.
Angel's got a weird abusive boyfriend relationship running with Fluttershy. |

Ok let's see what bad angel and opal did on screen kay?
Angel: - Hit fluttershy with a thrown carrot (Dragonshy) - Thrown her out of the house and locked the door (Bird in a hoof. he did it in good faith tho...). - Slapped FS across the face and demanded a fancy salad... whitch he threw out of the window later because it lacked a freaking cherry. Opal: - Often swipes its claws at R and SB (manages to cut a piece of SBs mane at least once). - Seen latched on firmly on Rarities back. - Was totally psychotic in "may the best pet win" and scared the crap out of most animals competing. Angel often helps FS with things. Opal seems to have some fashion sense (Suited for succes) and has the excuse of being abused by R from time to time. |

Opal's a cat and Rarity tends to not pay attention to her when she's working. She has a valid excuse.
Angel has no such excuse. His owner is one of the kindest, considerate ponies in Ponyville, and the ungrateful lagomorph has the nerve to think he can boss her around in her own cottage? Granted, a stare from Fluttershy seems to rein him in quite nicely when he wants to be...'difficult'. But when he gets demanding, he's far worse than Opal. |

Angel. |

Tank and Gummy.
...And more recently Pee Wee. |
| SendoRoba #1202907 3 months ago |
Opal isnt abusive, she's just a cat. It's in her nature to be an asshole |
| Anonymous #1203371 3 months ago |
@SendoRoba
I call bullshit. I have a cat that has never acted like Opal, and typically only bites/scratches for understandable reasons (annoying her to insane degrees, picking her up anywhere near the bathroom). Then again, an idiot relative did smash my poor cat's head in a sliding glass door once (cat was fine, but idk if it made a difference). |
| RealityCheck #1204253 3 months ago |
Hm. Opal is routinely hostile and surly--- but Rarity seems to be kind of a careless cat owner, so Opal sort of has justification for her bad temper.
Meanwhile Angel... well, crossed the line big time in the Assertiveness episode... on the flip side he's never REALLY been shown being abusive with Fluttershy before that, and most of the time when he appears he's doing his darnedest to help Fluttershy or protect her. (ticket master, he pushed her into being assertive enough to ask for the ticket. Bird in the hoof, he made sure she got out the door so she made it to the Princess' tea party on time. Hurricane Fluttershy-- nuff said. Even in "Dragonshy" he was more concerned with getting it through to Fluttershy what was wrong. I think Angel was just being a real brat that day.... |
