This kind of implies that there are Pikachus (or Pikachus besides Ashachu) that DON'T have a lightning bolt cutie mark, unless all pokemon are identical.
Actually, that's not far off. There are some tiny personality differences in the show, but they're pretty much carbon copies except for stats. |
