I just don't think ANY of them would be transgendered as, personally, I think that'd cheapen their character traits.
That being a wide assortment of showing the many different ways you can be female and still be a girl without conforming to stereotypes. The closest to a female stereotype is Rarity and she's an independant buisnesswoman / artist for Luna's sake! |

Yeahmkay, while I'm cool with fan depictions of Fluttershy as a transwoman, that doesn't mean I -think- she -is- a transwoman... or, well, transmare I guess.
But whatever, to each their own. I will say that whenever trans anything gets raised there tends to be a hissy fit, and that -is- irritating. |

I say again though
Trans has to not be as much an issue in place with magic. If no unicorn made an easily reversible genderchange spell, I'd admonish their whole society for being prudes. |
