I don't get it.
Are the authors all victims of domestic abuse, and this is how they vent their anger?
Because this is not funny, not ironic, not deep, it's just cruelty written down, and nothing more.

Pics or it didn't happen. *(Seriously don't get worked up over a stupid story. Better to vent their anger on fake ponies instead of on real animals or even other people. Love and Tolerate brothers and sisters. Love and Tolerate)

I vent my anger through video games.

Venting it at fictional assholes who, if they were real, would deserve what ever horribly painful end I am giving them. And not poor helpless animals, fictional or not.

Ugh. That one was harsh.

Couldn't just take it as a story about fluffy? Had to make it from fluffy's perspective. Big tearjerker. Well done.

For a second I thought this was gonna be that one where the owner put the fluffy in the too-hot shower, but with the views reversed. It ended up close enough, anyway.

@1194806

Maybe becuase it's called fluffy pony ABUSE ?

For the same reason there are hundreds of gory arts and fics about ponies, there are for fluffy ponies too. Or even for the same reason there are thousands and thousand of "luv and cuddling" pics out there.

People don't do it to vent anger or to cause butthurts (even though they cause a lot), it's because for them, to read and write those fics, is a genuine form of entertainment.

Methinks there are such loud detractors because there's hardly any balance when it comes to fluffy ponies, it's almost entirely dark, with a couple heartwarmings thrown in to keep it from being completely over the top.
Glord

And for someone to find something like this entertaining says what about that person?

I do not joke or lie when I say if I met someone who finds entertainment from this kind of shit, and gore art and fics, I would find a way to kill them with the resources available to me at the time.

Because more than likely that they are a horrible horrible person.

Imma go Big Boss on yo asses and get me a private army and an offshore oil rig base thing and murder those sons o bitches.

I never said it was a perfect plan.

And I didn't mean them enjoying EVERYTHING violent. It's more enjoying the depictment of the suffering of things that are helpless about it.

Or something to that effect.
Damnit I suck at describing my feelings on grey morality.

Like, I'm fine if someone enjoys the depictment of 2 guys violently tearing each other apart.

Someone enjoying the depictment of animal abuse, that's different.

I can see why these would get disapproval, but I find there are a number of things to be enjoyed out of these.

I find the repetition of the pain that fluffy ponies suffer as sort of a meme, and I think that it would take a creative person to come up with something like this. I don't think it makes them a horrible person, just a really creative dick.

The thing that I find amusing about fluffy-pony stories is the simple bullet-point style they come in. I read each line as a single sentence, and it feels like a horrible chain of events, with each line leading to the other in a way that makes you both cringe and keep reading.

If a good book is supposed to do that, then why shouldn't fluffy ponies?

@Glord

Do I even have to elaborte?

I rather just quote your comment @1195041

You'll have to make your case much better if you want to defend the fluffies againts the "opression and abuse from men".

I get the feeling I would want to punch you in the face if we ever met.

And I admit, I may have over exaggerated.
But the thought would cross my mind. I assure you.

I love animals, and they don't deserve to be tortured, fictional or not.

And you didn't answer my other question. /trollface

Wow, this story really gives you an understanding of what's going through a fluffy pony's mind. it's good natured, but everything it does really is an accident, and it's brain is too weak to vocalize everything it's thinking.

Also, who the fuck made fluffy ponies exactly like dogs except in name and being somewhat smarter?

And what was going through their minds/were they high on when the idea came to them?

I'm cool with this one. It's nice to see things from the fluffy's perspective.

For me, what sets me against the Fluffy Pony abuse is how the Fluffy Ponies are portrayed; curious, innocent, forgiving, loving towards their owners/parents and overall being child-like. It's these sorts of traits that liken them to small pets, or even children. I know the brony motto is to "love and tolerate", but under no circumstance will I love or tolerate someone who abuses small animals or children.

Now, if the stories actually had a plot and went somewhere, it could be different, but all the stories I've seen just involve hurting/torturing/killing them for the most trivial things. Even Cupcakes seems to have more plot than them.

It's never fair to judge a person, especially an anonymous internet user, by their media preferences.
News flash: not all metalheads are crass brutes, not all fans of Twin Peaks are brooding intellectuals, and not all fluffy pony story fans are sociopaths. Honestly, why don't you just filter "fluffy abuse" or "greentext"? It would save the both of us a ton of suffering.

This is could possibly be the smartest and well done stories I have ever read. From the perspective of the fluffy pony the world is a big place, its curious, timid, always in awe of its surroundings. This fluffy pony was the very definition of innocent, it loved and feared its owner to the point where it even tried to clean its mess. In the end it was punished in the most ineffective manner possible. No dog or cat or any animal would or should be berated like this. Just the discussions on here are so well thought out, I can agree with some of these points. There's no butthurt or tons of .GIFs (well there is one DIDN'T READ LOL which usually means you read the whole thing). Anyways this has given me inspiration to write a fluffy pony story form the perspective of a South Colombian drug lord who loves his fluffy pones.

>hovering over pic with mouse gives "fluffy abuse" as first tag
>click on it anyway, it can't REALLY be an accurate tag
>be mortified that someone posted something you don't like on YOUR Ponibooru
>whine that people like fluffy abuse, and therefore must clearly be sociopathic murderers since they're enjoying...ABUSE...and...BLACK HUMOR (not the racist kind)
>log off of computer, offended
>log back on computer to post more against those who read fluffy abuse
>return to pray at shrine of monastery that you live in, since you obviously adhere to your own mantra: one is the same as the media that they view
>fluffy pony drowns

I really liked the perspective as well, I just don't get the mentality of an abusive pet owner, I hardly ever hit my dog and if I do it's usually a light slap on her back, so I really can't even concive the idea of hitting an animal, particularly one as cute and honestly fairly intelligent as a Fluffy pony.

So true! The reason this story is more tolerable to everyone is because you're the fluffy pony, being forced into being the abusive owner breaks the story kind of.
