Consent can usually be assumed in couples, that's why a husband can't sue his wife if she starts giving him a blowjob while he's still sleeping, even though he technically didn't consent to it. However, when consent is explicitely withdrawn (as is the case here), that is clearly rape. Just because you went carpet-munching on a girl with her consent does not mean you can start fucking her while she's screaming "IT HURTS!" and "NO!". Sure, she may start enjoying it (note: doesn't happen in real life), but if she doesn't, you're the one who will go to jail. |
