That's how I took it, it was a test of Rainbow's leadership skills. I'd say she passed, she was actually able to get them to outperform their first attempt in the second. |

Because Rainbow Dash didn't ask for help. It would be rude for her to jump. It would have amounted to Spitfire calling Rainbow Dash an incompetent moron. Now if Rainbow Dash asked for help, then it would have been a different story. |
