What gets me is the original fluffy pony concept was "cute thing that can't help but get itself killed due to stupidity". The owners weren't cruel, the pleasure the story provided wasn't from the suffering, it was from how comically stupid the fluffy ponies were. Hell, the owners hardly factored into it.
These stories read more like someone indulging a power fantasy where they torture a toddler to death. (Guess I'll repost this in the other two copies of this image) |
