I like to think that pegasi that need electricity can, in exchange for their clouds turning a little grayer, freely channel electricity at a small cost from the weather factory. |

givin the ...control they have i dont think they would have the fine .. controll over lighting that would be needed. Able to make a cloud shoot bolts to fry stuff, yes, but that seems to about it. |
