To be honest, I hate these sad and weak celestia pictures more than the tyrant celestia ones. She's been in power for over a thousand years, and has probably had a few dissenting opinions in her time. She's never been portrayed as the type to let that kinda of shit get to her, and even if if did, she is essentially immortal, and such opinions will eventually die out. Also, rather than cry about it, she seems more like the type that would see what was the problem and go about fixing it as best she can (if said problem is reasonable and within her power).
