| The_Baron #1185383 3 months ago |
This isn't an appropriate use of this meme. |
| liquidXTC #1185399 3 months ago |
Isn't this still way better than not watching a single episode and saying it sucks? |
| Anonymous #1185404 3 months ago |
You imply everyone who is a brony does that |
| Fanloser #1185415 3 months ago |
Actually, there's a name for people like this, they are called, "Normal fans of the show." |
| Anonymous #1185420 3 months ago |
You sir are a lier |
| Justy #1185423 3 months ago |
It tends to happen to people who are not raging homosexuals, OP. |
| Anonymous #1185426 3 months ago |
You don't necessarily need to be abnormal to be a "brony" |
| Anonymous #1185427 3 months ago |
So wait... he's a scumbag because he genuinely watched every episode of your favorite show and still didn't like it? |
| AppleDash #1185438 3 months ago |

| Anonymous #1185443 3 months ago |
No he is a normal fan. |
| DeeperMadness #1185467 3 months ago |
He could just be a five year old girl. They watch the show and haven't become bronies. Hell, they don't even buy toys! They get their parents to do it all for them. Bloody scumbag five year old girls. |
| Vree #1185532 3 months ago |
So what do you call someone who watched all the episodes then? |
| HouseRule #1185579 3 months ago |
^A fan? |
| Bernoullis_Principle #1185587 3 months ago |
Thank you Fanloser and #443. You (and the image caption) just described, oh, I don't know, ME. |
| nyxabuse #1185664 3 months ago |

clearly hes a robot |
| Bernoullis_Principle #1185688 3 months ago |
Beep boop. |
| Anonymous #1185851 3 months ago |
how is brony any different than a fan of the show? I thought it was just a shorter way of saying"fan of my little pony that isn't a little girl" |
| Anonymous #1186094 3 months ago |
@851: It did originally mean that but then a bunch of obnoxiou asshole snuck into the fandom and gave the rest of the world a bad impression of us as the "hardcore crazy fans" and so now when people hear the word "brony" they think of them instead of just "fan of my little pony that isn't a little girl".
Of course the sad truth is this happens in pretty much every fandom. Just look at Trekkies. |
| HouseRule #1186658 3 months ago |
@094: I think personally it's also a lot to do with inside our own fandom as well. People see all the really creepy folks and refuse to use a title they choose to flash around; choosing instead to use it as an insult.
Personally, I've never had any trouble with it. I call myself a Brony (If asked of course; I don't flaunt it) and I've never had any problems with anyone. I guess it's just where you go. |
| Anonymous #1186722 3 months ago |
It could happen.
And then you have the people who ARE fans, but don't call themselves/associate themselves with "bronies". Like me! |
| Anonymous #1187360 3 months ago |
pony fan =!= Brony |
| Anonymous #1339529 2 months ago |
^ No, no. Pony fan = Subcategory of "Brony" |
| Saint_Braeburn #1339546 2 months ago |
I thought Brony meant Adult (male?) Fan of Mlp.
At least that's what Urban Dictionary told me |
