That's it! The reason the blue chick can't be Dash is 2 reasons. #1). Her hair is nothing like Rainbow Dash's. And #2). The only time Rainbow Dash wore a dress was for the Gala and soon Cadance's Wedding/Clone War. Get it now, if not you need help, mentally. |

^ Calm down... Besides, her hair could possibly be Rainbow Dash's because peoples' hair dye tends to fade after a while. Secondly, it isn't like they are playing on the swings with their Gala Dresses, but the dress doesn't fit Rainbow Dash's attitude, that I agree with. |
