If they couldn't do it I'm sure the water would get to Cloudsdale somehow, probaly out-of-towners would get called in or Spitfire and some wonderbolts would pitch in. The idea was the town was trying to step up of its own accord. |

Spitfire's not from Ponyville. It seemed like it was a competition too between pegasus ponies of various towns.
I'd say Spitfire was a judge or witness in that episode to see the performance of the pegasus ponies of Ponyville. |
