i figure most of you migt need an explanation. this is the big bad from the 1970s anime paul's miraculous adventure.
the anime was about how paul finds out the toy he got for his birthday is magical. the toy (pakkum) offers to take him, his girlfriend nina, and his dog, doppe, to the land of miracles, a world with a lot of countries each with its own theme (toys, clocks, sweets). on their first visit, they inadvertently set free this big devil thing (belt satan), he takes nina with him and disappears, and the three spend the first half of the series trying to rescue her, and the second half in pursuit of belt satan tl;dr, he's basically the devil, only blue. |

^well he did kinda have a belt/pants made from darker blue flames than his body, but i think the t in belt was supposed to be silent |
