I still love Derpy and she still gets tonnes of fan art, so it's not all bad. I just feel sorry for the production team. They went to all that trouble for us and it blew up in their faces.
I just hope they don't think we're ungrateful. |

The edit might not have bothered me as much if it wasn't so terrible. The voice was just so... Bland... And rainbow dash sounded kinda tinny. Maybe my memory's just foggy but I remember the sound quality being subpar. |

I still love Derpy and I'm glad that she remains in the show, wall eyed and all. And the muffin bag kinda made up for the awful new voice. |

I despise new Ditzy, I want the old one back. She was perfect, now it sucks. I don't mind the new voice, because I can pretend she had a cold in the original. But the eyes and loss of name. Make me wanna make like the Incredible HULK, and SMASH! |

I don't usually get mad because of something so "trivial" but I got really angry when they edited Derpy. I'm ok with the voice change (even though there wasn't anything wrong with the original one) but editing out her name and "correcting" her eyes was a really, really sad thing. Because Derpy is best pony and "derp" isn't more offensive than editing pony who is somehow "different" than other ponies (we should totally get rid of "diferent" people in real life!). |
