So you judge something you haven't read even though there's a chance that despite all odds, you might end up enjoying it? Do you know what that means? Furthermore, I didn't offer any opinion on the fic's quality (which would be judgement). I only said I do not like the *concept* of Nyx being a filly knockoff of NMM; the fic's quality is irrelevant to me. You're reacting to a situation similar to a technophobe not wanting to read "2001 Space Odyssey" because they read a summary of it. I'm not going to read it since I already know I won't like it. All I know is that there is an intrusion of some filly knockoff of NMM into my viewing of things involving NMM and a whole lotta shitstorms, and I don't want to be involved with either. I'm glad you liked the fic. I just am not a fan of Nyx infringing on my liking of NMM, with her being derived from NMM yet being so different (and a bit too 'kawaii' for my tastes, based on the art and mentionings of her) and garnering so much attention. I'll just be viewing a pic of NMM when someone comments "OMG!!1! It's Nyx D'AAAAW".
