I think the Cakes are too kind-hearted to fire Pinkie.
That said, it'd be hilarious to see an episode where she has to move out of SCC for a while (maybe the Cakes are remodeling the place) and tries being roommates with the other ponies, only to get kicked out of each one's home in turn for tearing up the place and/or driving them crazy. |
