John Joseco is Filipino. It's a bit odd mistaken for a Mexican. Even the Filipinos and Mexicans are not so different in its history, both countries used to belong to the king of Spanish, in both countries are used Spanish surnames. In both countries speak Spanish but not only Spanish (but Spanish is more scarce in the Philippines). |
