When don't rip the pages. Fuck warping. I think most people would rather see the doujin in imperfect scans then not at all. Don't damage the rare manga, it can be touched up with photoshop or something. |

Proper way to scan a doujinshi is to use an iron on a low heat setting to heat the glue of the binding enough to soften it and let you separate the pages without teariing (not hot enough to burn, though; usually you use some kind of cloth over the pages to prevent that). Then you scan the separated pages. While it doesn't damage the pages, the binding is of course wrecked so it'll never be readable as a book again anyway. |
