If Thunder Lane become more recurring throughout the episode, rather than the one-shot he had in the preview, perhaps we'll be more of this ship. He's a rare type due to his unusually dark coat, she's rare due to having natural rainbow hair, I can see this working if it's played well enough. |

Head canon: They slept together before the episode. Rainbow Dash gives him such a hard time because she doesn't like how quickly he moved on to other mares, which he did because he's a manslut. |
