I was seriously considering buying all 3 ME games. But now knowing the gigantic turd of an ending that ME3 has, I've been completely turned off from the series. I can't play 1 and 2 with the knowledge that in the end none of the decisions I made really mattered.
I'm starting to see why people hate EA. |

Too bad you didn't play ME 1 before you knew the ending. The game really gave you the sense of facing a threat of galactic proportions. And then they totally nerfed the reapers and made the previous games completely pointless. |

I played the hell out of the first two games. I have yet to get the third one and probably never will on account of the shitty ending. |

Friendship ending:Reapers become a force for peace. Basically, they're the UN but with monsters, and with less bullshit trade sanctions.
Super Saiyan ending: and then the ending somehow got even stupider than it was already. Also, blond men raging at each other for hours in between fits of punching until one gets tired and dies. These boring battles will be in future DLC. Fabulous ending: the only ending where the Mass Relays survive. PSYCH! They get blown up here too, but at least that ship doesn't put any survivors on some random planet, because it explodes fabulously. The reapers turn into cool gadgets everybody gets to use. |
