Too bad Spike is not comparitively this old in the series, and never will be.

^food for thought: the typical dragon mythos has them living for thousands of years, a "baby" dragon could infact be over 100 years old. |

It gets strange if you humanize them because one's a dragon and the other's a unicorn. This might be what they would look like based on personality.
Spike's a baby in "dragon" years. No one on the show treats him as an infant or a child, for that matter. He'll probably be considered a baby dragon for many "pony" years. |

@Ryuail We know that's not the case in Spike's instance though, seeing as how he was hatched on the series by Twilight. :P |
