Yes. I made an OC. Blame my love for tabletop RPGs and forum RPs in my youth. So incoming character backstory rant.
Born to gloomy rain technician in the Weather Factory named Somber Cloud and an unknown father, he was originally named Pomf. His silly name got him teased as a foal, but no more than his weird ability. In the clouds of Cloudsdale he sometimes saw ghost pegasi. Of course no one believed him so he was isolated for a while. One night though, in his teenage years he decided to try approaching one of the spirits he saw. He even tried having a one-sided chat with it as it didn't speak and he wasn't sure if they understood them, but the ghost smiled. It wasn't until he got home he saw his mark, a candle like the kinds used to light up the night and guide pegasi spirits through the winds in times passed. His mother still doesn't know what to think, but at least believes him. His adopted sister Gloomy things its neat and kinda weirds him out about it. So now he's Psychopomp. He's a tad CREEPY with his LOVE OF THE MACABRE and other SUBJECTS BETTER LEFT FOR NIGHTMARE NIGHT... but he's often scared of SOCIAL interactions and is AWKWARD AS FUCK. He enjoys DISCORD AND DRAGONS, VAMPONIES: THE MASQUERADE and has a PATHETIC CRUSH on LUNA and OCTAVIA and is often the quiet guy near the punchbowl at the various LUNAR GOTH PONY PARTIES |
