There must be more to that. I guess he just got a bad customer who wanted something that Cheetah didn't want to draw, but paid him for anyway.
It's not like well known artists like him can easily not draw something they get paid for. And the price of 250$ is really big. It looks more like someone is trying to make him look bad. I don't know very much about this though. But it makes more sense than a popular artist refusing to draw. |

Cgeta, oh he'll draw it sometimes. Odds are he won't mail the original as per the contract, or claim it was lost in shipping (he loses a LOT of stuff in shipping, almost everything in fact). He's got a lot of customers he's screwed over, not just one. |

Why would you want to commision this guy? All of his art is the exact same pose and figure. I remember when he used to draw to much "hey arnold!" shit. uughh. |
