Dude, there's no canon for what a rule 63 Discord would be. That includes a name, style or even what species to some extent. This could be just as much a gender swap as it is a transvestite. Also, Rainbow Dash isn't tagged. I'll look into that. |

Siansaar/Carnifex has stated that this is indeed a gender swapped Discord.
His reason for the appearance was that he doesn't believe a female Discord would be cute because Discord himself isn't cute. |
