She's misunderstood. Yeah, she's a bitch, but she was more of a bitch than usual because she was terrified of losing her only friend. She just wanted a day to spend with her longtime friend all alone, but Pinkie wouldn't leave them the fuck alone. We've all had a day like that, I'm surprised more people don't sympathize with Gilda.

I think its more she was just very jealous. Maybe considering her attitude and demeanor (scaring old folks and outright stealing) Dash was her ONLY friend. And thus she'd get all super possessive and not want to share. |

Either way, still pitiable. If you had only one friend in the world you'd probably stoop to any level if you thought it would let you keep them.
