I don't see the logic behind this statement. The premise is that Twilight is humanized as an African Equestrian and the conclusion is that Zecora should be humanized as an Asian. I don't see how you reached that conclusion. Please provide arguments that take up the given premise and lead to the conclusion.
Also, the premise is flawed. We don't know that humanized Twilight is an African Equestrian (whatever the buck that is), we only know that she has a dark skin tone. |

Twilight's coat has a dark tone. Humans don't have coats (well, not those kinds of coats anyway). What we know about Twilight and can relate to humans, is that she has the voice of a white woman, and that's something white women have. And Zecora has the voice of a black woman. There's nothing wrong with that, but Twilight is so clearly white. |

I'll humor OP.
I'm African-American. I'm black and likely with ancestors from West Africa, but I was born and raised in the US. A person originally from and born in African is simply African. Twilight is African (Equestrian.) But Zecora is simply African. She doesn't have to be something else altogether. We could easily say that the only races in Equestria are pony types and/or species (because most characters seem to have human-level intellect,) and that race in the sense of it being a social construct does not exist, but where's the fun in that? |

Insinuating only one race of people live in Africa. West Africans are the ancestors of most all African-Americans. You go north to Morocco and Libya, any of the Berber descendants look closer to Middle Easterners than West Africans. Go over to Egypt and you can still find Nubians as well as a myriad of other races that aren't West African. |

I once met an Asian human...
His eyes were like this young mare's. Oh, And, I asked him to draw what he'd look like if he were like me... Well, He couldn't draw, so I didn't get to see until the next day. Either case, He said he found a Pony Creator online, and decided to go with Zecora's eyes because they looked most like his. I wish they'd let me go on the internet back at the hospital, that way I could find the thing he found. |
