As a (fellow?) Swede, I have to point out that translating "Horsweden" in to "Hästsverige" doesn't really work. Keep using the English name, alright? |

At first I found this tumblr quite interesting, but it feels like it's becoming increasingly stupid. So many inaccuracies, both with the history of IKEA and of the standard use of the Swedish language (anon 1 pointed out a great example)
Would it really be that hard to look up IKEA on wikipedia, quickly glimpse the name of the founder, and rename "Papa IKEA" to something like "Ingvar IKEA"? (well, that'd make his full name "Ingvar Ingvar Kamprand Enskilt Aktiebolag" which is also awkward because "enskilt aktiebolag" roughly means independant corperation) |

I get it: She was born "Hrossvergian" but raised Equestrian. I think that Hrossverge or something similar would be somewhat better. |

The creator might not be a Swedish speaker or at least not very good at it with is fine because at least he's trying also this is an alternate reality not everything has to be exactly the same. |
