Positive - Humanizations allow for greater connection with, and greater understanding of the characters they portray, no matter how "good" the art is or how appropriate it is. Think JJ's humanizations and Gomigomi's humanizations. Two different styles, both have people who call it "bad" art, and both can widely differ in appropriateness. |

Indifferent. There are really two major factors to take in mind. One is that the humanized versions of the pony character(s) must be able to be identified as that character. Failure to do so ruins the purpose of humanizing them. The second factor is if the artwork is good on its own merit. The creativity and style behind the piece is what truly matters.
Basically, being biased against a drawing because it humanized the ponies is completely shallow and totally not 20% cooler. |

Very positive for me. Humanization, semi furry art or even fully furry art can be and usually are at least entertaining. The variety of art, even the horrific furry stuff is at least very funny. I love JJ, gomigomi and pixiv Japanese artist human stuff. Very nice mix of styles |

If it looks good (ie: it's actually cute, good attention to detail, unique art style, characters look like they actually bare some resemblance to their counterparts on the show, no fucking anime bullshit), then definitely positive.
