And so like Season 1, we get a Pinkie Pie episode before the season finale.
I'm already sure that the Season 3 premiere will give us more backstory to Celestia and Luna (ex. how they came into existence, who their mom and dad were if they had parents.) But I would love to see a two-part Scootaloo episode to open S3. Poor filly has less character than [Insert Background Pony here.], and after not getting the spotlight to herself for two seasons, would be a great way to expand her as a character. (No offense writers, but RD fangirl will only get you so far.) That and we've been told for a while that her episode is coming. Just not in Season 2, as is now apparent. |
