Yeah, for some insane reason, some folks still use 56K dialup like TurboUSA or Juno. They don't wanna fork over an extra 7 bux for basic DSL.
Also, some cell providers charge by the megabyte for Internet, and by my cache proxy's cost-per-byte estimator, the bill runs pretty high. |
