The only people who really hate gilda are the terrible fans that appear in the ponythread simulator videos and the ponychan crowd that just came in from gaia. |

^ Maybe not "terrible fans", but there's definitely something wrong with anyone who genuinely HATES a fictional character - especially a character who's worst crime was being a pretty tame version of any regular schoolyard bully. |

I hate bullies too, but Gilda has far too much potential to keep her out forever. I hope she returns sometimes to stress test friendships between the mane6. Preferably less deliberately and more unintentionally.
Like this: Gilda tries to do what Dash demanded and be nice to her friends, but Applejack holds a grudge out of principle. Then Dash would be disloyal to AJ for forgiving Gilda or disloyal to Gilda for continuing to shun her. |
