I don't have any problems with Twilight having a brother. We didn't know that Sweetie Belle is Raritys sister too for a long while.
He still seems to be a character that is forced in by Hasbro. If that's so then I will slightly dislike his existence. Unless the creators do a very good job and do something unexpected awesome. I'm not sure how I should feel about Cadence being an alicorn though. :/ |

People are losing their shit for no good reason. Even if this was a decision by Hasbro, who gives a shit? So, it fucks with the "precious" fanon? Again, it doesn't matter. The show has yet to disappoint, and this finale, and everything about it WILL BE GOOD, and I think when it's all said and done a lot of people will feel a little silly for flipping the fuck out over nothing. My Celestia, it's like we're just looking for reasons to start drama nowadays. |

I'm honestly not seeing the so called "rage" over shining armour that some people here are claiming is present. I certainly fine with Shining Armour. It's Cadence whom I'm a little eh about. I'm sure the writers will do something we'll like with her. But the thought of adding another Alicorn just doesn't groove with me if ya know what I mean. |

There's still a chance that the TV guide got the wrong informations and just assumed that Shining is her brother. Althought that seems rather unlikely. |
