In terms of personality, Rainbow Dash is Marisa. In terms of ability, Aya, since they're both speedsters. But in terms of appearance...yeah, Tenshi's kind of scarily close to looking like a human Dash. |

I think Trixie is more the Tenshi character. Though you make a fair point if the basis is solely rainbow attire. |

@5586 That was my initial thought with all the kindness and tree thing. But Yuyuko isn't exactly shy or live alone. Fluttershy isn't a glutton either. The gluttony of Yuyuko is probably more of a fandom gag than canon. The Touhou series, much like this series, was shaped significantly by the fans.

For me, Rainbow Dash is like Hong Meiling. They both share a rainbow motive, loyalty, a fondness for naps, training regarding their talents and are both unable to refuse a challenge. |
