Attempt Number 2 of Rarity as a servant of Nurgle. Added a hood similar to the ones you'd see on the Nurgle Cultist models. I still need to figure out what else to add.

^Jester: Again, was going for a cowl style executioner hood that you'd see on a modern Nurgle Cultist. One that doesn't look like a tacky KKK hood. |

I was going for the "Rotten on the inside" kinda thing. Keeps her outward beauty, but is all kinds of nasty under the skin. |
