Well... except we know from canon that imprisonment is a definite possibility, not to mention banishment. 1.000 years for a hardcore crime makes even the American penal system seem cute... of course Alicorns can actually live that long, but still. |

There's no crime in Equestria because everything is dealt with by capital punishment. How you die is another thing entirely. It goes from "quick and painless" to "Experiencing the sensation of burning to death without actually burning; you'll be lucky to die of sleep deprivation before you starve to death".
...No, in all seriousness there is no capital punishment. Celestia wouldn't allow it. You probably can be imprisoned for life, though. |
