Psychopomf, this is just a theory, but I think it would work: Take a standard chocolate chip muffin recipie. Edit or make sure the recipie calls for half of the sugar content in brown sugar. Make sure you oil or butter the muffin pan very well to get that cookie-edge crispness. Bake a little hotter for a little shorter time. |
