If we saw the kingdom of Griffons and it was several castles built up on mountains like this in the show, I would die from over exposure to pure awesomeness. |

That's actually kind of neat. Having towns on mountain tops like that.
I'd be curious how griffon culture is. Aren't griffons mostly associated with Greek and germanic myth? So maybe something kind of like that? |

Reminds me to Just Cause 2, because there where many military bases in the mountains. And some of the have been built neatly on the summits.
I imagined that the griffons life in very tall and thin towers. But not spiky ones like in Canterlot. |

I will say, with all the fanon stuff of griffin clans and empires its hard not to see them as Nordic style.
Even though I don't think vikings would even know what the fuck a griffon is. |

I'm sure they had eagles, or something equating to eagles, up in the nordic areas at some point. They also had horses, so the whole quadruped thing would make them not TOO foreign, despite the fact that Griffons are half lion. |
