Ugh, I hate what Season 2 has done to Fluttershy. She almost never gets any lines or screen time, and when she does, it's just to show her not acting like Fluttershy. |

Yeah I almost shed a few tears when she tore in to her friends. It reminded me of a girl I knew who had been torn apart by her "friens" for no reason at all. It turned out her cousin had recently died and by lashing out at her friend as a way of grieving. Tldr ;_; |

That's because her character is shallow and there's not much you can do with it other than play it up for laughs or conspicuously defy it. You can't run her as the main character of an episode on the former. |
