Not as a ship, but I think they make a great personality combo. Like raisin and rum. Strawberry and champagne. Happy-go-lucky girl and smooth elegant lady. |

Friendshipping is some times best shipping.
I could see Pinkie helping Rarity loosen up a bit much more than Applejack... though... I couldn't see Rarity being at all successful trying to teach Pinkie some class |
