I can't help but remember the absolutely horrifying way he died. If Taint doesn't turn you into a deity... Oh, lord. The discretion shot makes your mind go to very not-nice places. Guy was a bastard, but no one deserves that kind of death.
...Even if he did take a bullet to the face before dropping in. And definitely one of the best fics ever written, if not the best. Easily. All of my money. I'm going to go ahead and say it's the best example of a crossover possible. It merges two utterly different series into something completely different; Identifiable as either franchise, but stands on its own. It deserves that [LEGENDARY] tag. |
