Depends what you're trying to do, really. They both have their advantages and disadvantages. |

The official Pony Maker has more potential to make a nice, simple OC or ponysona that looks like a show character... But it also has many more options for stripes, ridiculous hairstyles and clothing. I guess you can say it covers a broader range of both good and horrible potential. |
