^ More than possible seeing they added quite a bit of sentient races already. Besides Hippogriffons were already namedropped i think. |

Griffins and horses rarely mate with each other as horses are normally seen as prey for griffons. Only true love brings them to mate. Griffons are carnivorous while hippogriffs are omnivorous meaning they can eat both plants or flesh. Hippogriffs can surpass the griffons in speed in flight. They tend to be more friendlier and tamable than the griffons.
If ponies and griffons can cross breed in FIM; if that is the case; then I wonder if the offspring can acquire cutie marks. |

Those are Peryton... winged carnivorous deer. Hippogryphs have the front end of a griffin and the back end of a horse. They look kinda silly, y'know :) |
