Great art style, and I have nothing against transgender people, but I hate how pretty much everyone in the universe interprets Rainbow Dash as having sexual identity issues or being gay. You can't look or act gay (unless you wear assless chaps and walk with a sashay in your step, but that's beside the fucking point). It isn't fair to judge her by appearance alone. And I know a few girls who are hot-blooded and tomboyish just like Dash, and they're pretty straight.
You can tell me Rarity is a homosexual deviant and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but in my eyes Rainbow Dash is nothing other than a paragon of heterosexuality. Because fuck your assumptions. |

Yeah. I can see why Dash gets pegged as such but it honestly seems a little tiresome. If only because she's supposed to be bending stereotypes just like everyone else in the show.
Then again, like I've said before... maaaybe not so much an issue if a place with magic that could probably have people shift through genders with the flick of a horn. Besides. Completely straight or bisexual tomboys are hot... ...Well they are! Jeez! |
