I remember my dad telling me a story about how pedofiles in prison usually are taken behind some corner, get a pipe shoved up their arse, lead barbed wire up the pipe, take the pipe out while leaving the wire in there, then they pull the wire.
moral of the story is that even in prison touching a kid is one of the worst things you can do. |

It may be a little exaggerated but essentially its true. I think one of the unspoken rules in prison is that you don't hurt kids, because other prisoners will fuck you up if given the chance. |

It's funny because it's true. In my work as a lawyer is not always we put people in jail, because most of my work are men or women saying: Do not let that bitch, or that idiot to stay with my money because we want to be separated. But sometimes there are very bad reasons why a couple separates. Sometimes this involves a parent molesting a child. So when that happens and ends up in jail, the state takes as an option to enter the criminal with different charges. Because you can not always join a criminal like that in protective custody and are then placed with the general population. If a pedophile is discovered by the bands end up being killed. No band in prison tolerate a child molester. Damn I have to go to work in half an hour and I'm here writing comments. |

TomiGun and MaroonBunyip are basicaly telling the truth. If a child molestor is smart he will ask to be sent to solitary confinement cause if he dosn't and word gets around that he's in fact a child molestor the inmates will kill him. It'll just be a question of who and when. Don't think of inmates who have been convicted of homicide and such as mere internet trolls but as the monster under your bed on crack. They don't post hateful comments and start flame wars for the lulz. They're in prison cause they are the worst of the worst that society has to offer. So the moral of the story is DON'T MOLEST CHILDREN. |

Yep, this is true in a lots of jails around the US. Even murders have a line they don't want to cross. Also, I suspect it won't be long until a Pinkamena the Jailmate Tumblr will be made. |

It always bothers me when people try and say that murderers and rapists aren't that bad by saying that even they draw the line at child abuse. While it's almost certain a good chunk of prisoners would be morally outraged, and equal amount are likely just naturally sadistic people who just found a socially acceptable outlet for their darker urges.
Not punishing these people for things like Maroon described is essentially like locking a child molester in a daycare center for ten to twenty, it defeats any attempt at saying what they did was wrong. |
