I liked it too, because it was both brutal and absolutely true.
You'd think barbaric soul-fucking honesty would be a hallmark of one of AJ's breakdowns, but noooope.avi. I like to think that Fluttershy has a lot of pent-up rage inside. She desperately wants to be a wonderful and kind pony -and she is- but you can only push around the pansy for so long before they snap. If this weren't a kid's show, she easily could have gotten very violent more than once. I've seen this kind of thing happen in real life. NEVER fuck with the quiet ones, less you be the one to finally make them crack. You will be sorry. |

What Fluttershy said was not true, it was just cruel.
I mean, if you get right down to it, the only ponies with jobs that matter are AJ and RD. Food and weather controlling are necessary. Twilight Sparkle? Just a grad student with a pointless field of study who works part time in a library. I just hope Fluttershy doesn't actually believe what she said, because saying that what her friends have invested so much of their lives in is worthless is basically the same as saying they are worthless. Fashion and whatever-it-is-that-pinkie-does is their lives, Fluttershy! |
