Clover, I agree. While Boxxy Brown was just plain extorting poor Fluttershy, Tomato Bits actually had a -sign- that said the price of tomatoes had changed. And I mean, that's the market for ya, prices change, especially if the ponies practice seasonal agriculture.
... Suffice to say I think Tomato Bits was probably being reasonable, if a little rude. |

I will forgive Bitch, but Dickhead wasn't being nice at all. If I owned a fruit stand and a nice young woman asked me how much to buy some cherries that I would usually sell for $2, I wouldn't say $20. If that's business, then you're not a very honest businessman now are you?
And then selling them for $2 to the next lady who walked by and calling the other one a doormat is just really rude. |

@652 I don't think anyone's defending him, Boxxy because he changed the price just to extort Fluttershy. But Tomato Bits (or, uh, Bitch as you like to call her) didn't change the price just to screw with people - she had a sign, so the price changed due to inflation or supply and demand or whatever. |

Yes he was very rude, but he's probably stressed.
He's not even supposed to be running a booth. Maybe Derpy got him in trouble for messing up orders, and so he had to take a second job, and that made him stressed so he took his anger out on someone else. Everyone has off days, right? I find it funny how I'm writing more about something that I don't even really care about than I do in school. Also, I'm not trying to be too argumentative, I'm just bored, and this was fun. Sorry if I annoyed you :P |

Oh no, not at all really. I was just being totally sarcastic with my first comment anyway. I guess you might have mistook it for being serious and were making a valid point. But I was just taking it as a little challenge so I went along with the whole conversation. No annoying here, that was a more interesting conversation than one usually get around here, so really, the feeling is just mutual. |
