Manticore literally means "Man eater"
A centaur is shown on a piece of fabric in Art of the Dress
I think there was a human-like drawing in the episode where Pinkie Babysits.
There's more but I can't remember because I'm tired

Big Spike in "a dog and a pony show" was even more human like than Iron Will here.

You know all this time I thought that Minatour is just another type of Ox and I don't believe they have a man's body, but then I looked at google..

A minotaur is not a bull with the lower body of a man. A man is a creature with the lower body of a minotaur.

In Equestria, humans are made when a minotaur and a centaur love each other very much.

Its a MYTHOLOGICAL creature in a CHILDREN'S cartoon. Iron Will may be based on that creature, but do think a child would go through and comprehend all that detail?

Perhaps the only way for a Human to be acceptable in Equestria is if they become "mythological" in our sense.

To them humans might be legendary creatures.

I don't really know what the big deal is with Minotaurs in Equestria. I think it means that there's a possibility of humans.

"No humans" was an operating principle of the show when Faust left, at least.

And obviously Iron Will didn't have the lower body of a human; he had hooves. So a minotaur in Equestria is just a more bipedal bull or cow.
